A Little Bit about Dan Shoemaker
Boating on the Chesapeake Bay ultimately led me to Dorchester County, where I have resided since 2002 on Hooper’s Island in Fishing Creek. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States as well as Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and I especially love the miles of waterfront and unique charm and character that make Dorchester County so special.
I am also an active member of the Dorchester County community. I serve as the trustee for Hoosier United Methodist Church in Fishing Creek. I am also a board member and active volunteer for the Richardson Maritime Museum in Cambridge.

Joseph Giordano is a Sales Representative for EXIT On The Bay Realty in Grasonville, Maryland. He has spent 28 years in the financial services industry, 20 of those years as the Founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of an investment firm in Annapolis, Maryland. For the last 24 years they have lived in the Prospect Bay Community in Grasonville, Maryland, where they raised three wonderful children.
