With a strong background in our local Mid-shore area I am serving clients using an extensive history in property investment, farming, shipping and distribution. Growing up, eventually working on Maryland’s Eastern Shore and along the East Coast, has given me the knowledge and contacts needed to help clients buy or sell in the area. Holding a captains license with a substantial amount of time on the water has given me a unique experience with commercial and residential waterfront with it’s challenges and rewards. My approach is direct with the utmost protection of the client’s interest.
You could say Real Estate is in my blood. My mother owned a Brokerage along with managing a Real Estate Brokerage for more than 35 years. So I grew up in the business. I started selling for Long and Foster in 2002 before moving to the Eastern Shore to make a home in Caroline County with my daughter Jacqueline and our horses.
I am a Conscientious and effective person who possesses extensive hands-on experience and knowledge in Residential, Farm, Land and Commercial Sale and purchases. I have over 10 years of experience in the event management field and have earned an Associate’s of Applied Science Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management from Chesapeake College. Bryan Souder was born and raised on the Western Shore but his love of sailing naturally brought him to Dorchester County where he has made his home since 1998. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and also served as a 1st class engineer in the U.S. Coast Guard. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003.
Because of his sailing experience, Bryan belongs to numerous organizations including the Cambridge Yacht Club and Wharf Rats of Cambridge.
When not actively listing and selling real estate, Bryan currently is involved in property maintenance and has extensive knowledge in property management, which in a bonus in today’s market.

business in 1978 was a considerable risk, It all paid off over a ten year period of
success and awards when the “entrepreneur” in me, combined with a fortunate
series of events that made a personal dream come true – building my own
company with my father. In 1987 Jim & Bob Trevitt opened Trevitt Realtors on
the Vestal Parkway.
As time and technology changed, so did the real estate business … and it
changed in a BIG way! Real estate brokers and agents could no longer rely on a
yard sign and newspaper ads to attract business.
Something called the internet began to dominate real estate marketing (90% of
all buyers begin their home search on the internet!). Sales agents were
pressuring their brokers for ever-higher shares of earnings and more benefits. It
was time for a new way of doing business … and that’s when Exit Realty
Homeward Bound arrived in the Greater Binghamton real estate market.
