A Little Bit about Dan Shoemaker
Boating on the Chesapeake Bay ultimately led me to Dorchester County, where I have resided since 2002 on Hooper’s Island in Fishing Creek. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States as well as Maryland’s Eastern Shore, and I especially love the miles of waterfront and unique charm and character that make Dorchester County so special.
I am also an active member of the Dorchester County community. I serve as the trustee for Hoosier United Methodist Church in Fishing Creek. I am also a board member and active volunteer for the Richardson Maritime Museum in Cambridge.
Drew Buniski, a Talbot County resident and Realtor for 7 years, has joined Exit Realty as a sales agent. Mr. Buniski, a home builder with more than 30 years of experience in the local construction market, assists clients in evaluating and discerning the best value for their money when choosing from the many properties available in the marketplace. For the past 10 years he has overseen a small portfolio of Eastern Shore properties that he manages for out of town clients. “When it comes to real estate, I enjoy all aspects of the work–especially listening to clients to ensure their needs are met.” A graduate of the University of Delaware, Buniski is a member of the Mid Shore Board of Realtors and is involved in several community nonprofits.
Dennis is a native of Maryland’s Eastern Shore & was born and raised in Easton. After 6 years in the US Marine Corps he started working at the Rustic Inn in Easton. Over time he became general manager & part owner of Rustic Inn Catering serving guests over 20 years. Dennis currently lives in Easton with his two sons and enjoys golfing, coaching Junior Golf, and being on or around the water. Timajah Floyd is originally from Marion, SC. She moved to Cambridge, MD at a young age and has lived in other parts of Maryland over the years. Timajah graduated from the illustrious North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University May of 2019, with a B.A in Psychology and a minor in Biology. She realized her passion for the real estate business while in college and took the necessary steps to become licensed upon graduation. She is now licensed and working for EXIT On The Bay Realty. The decision to join EXIT Realty was one of the easiest decisions she had ever made. EXIT has five pillars of success: Training, Branding, Technology, Culture and Environment, and Residuals; all qualities that she thought were essential for a real estate agency to have. Although she currently resides on the eastern shore of Maryland she is willing to travel and is dedicated to meeting the needs of her clients. Joseph Giordano is a Sales Representative for EXIT On The Bay Realty in Grasonville, Maryland. He has spent 28 years in the financial services industry, 20 of those years as the Founder, President, and Chief Investment Officer of an investment firm in Annapolis, Maryland. His strong aptitude for numbers and formulas led him to a second career as a Table Games Dealer where he worked the 5 years prior to joining EXIT Realty.
While looking for a new challenge where his prior work and life experiences could be utilized, a friend invited him to attend a career open house at the local EXIT Realty Office. He was very impressed, so he joined, the rest is history.

Joseph has been married to his wife Kelly for 30 years. They met while in college at The Catholic University of America in Washington DC. For the last 24 years they have lived in the Prospect Bay Community in Grasonville, Maryland, where they raised three wonderful children. All attended Queen Anne’s County, Maryland schools from kindergarten through high school graduation. They are all college graduates and are well-rounded, intelligent, kind, and successful adults.
Joseph strongly believes in being an active member in the community. Joseph has been very generous with his free time. He has earned many and honors and awards. He currently is a member of St. Christopher’s Church, sponsor of the Kent Island Youth Soccer League, and teaches financial literacy classes to teenagers and twenty somethings. He also enjoys monitoring and discussing all of the exciting economic and political changes happening in his community and plans to become more involved.
Joseph enjoys fishing, sailing, crabbing, kayaking and has recently become an avid stand-up paddleboarder. He believes it’s never too late to try new things and seek new adventures and experiences. He also enjoys taking long drives and trying things that are out of his comfort zone to keep him challenged. But what he loves the most is the love and companionship of his friends and family.

A natural business man, David Kaufmann entered the real estate industry after selling his restaurant companies in 2004. As he encountered multiple problems with the agents he was working with at the time, he realized what a difference he could make if he became a Realtor himself. Jamie has joined Exit Realty as the 3rd generation Latham to be a REALTOR. Jamie has been active with Ducks Unlimited for years and is also very active with T.A.K.O. ( Take a Kid Outdoors) where he works with children & parents who want to learn about fishing, shooting, archery, & hunting. Jamie lives in Trappe with his wife & 2 sons and is also the owner of Shore Sportsman, an outdoors store in Easton, MD. Bryan Souder was born and raised on the Western Shore but his love of sailing naturally brought him to Dorchester County where he has made his home since 1998. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and also served as a 1st class engineer in the U.S. Coast Guard. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 2003.
Because of his sailing experience, Bryan belongs to numerous organizations including the Cambridge Yacht Club and Wharf Rats of Cambridge.
When not actively listing and selling real estate, Bryan currently is involved in property maintenance and has extensive knowledge in property management, which in a bonus in today’s market.
